• Individual Membership & Family Membership

  1.Membership Term: 20 years
  2.During the membership term, members are entitled to 7 complimentary room nights per year, including 5 weekdays and 2 weekends.
  3.When redeeming complimentary stays, a housekeeping fee equivalent to 10% of the room’s published rate will be applied. Breakfast and beverages will be provided according to the room occupancy.
  4.During the membership term, the cardholder is entitled to unlimited access to Farglory Ocean Park.
   
• Corporate Membership

  1.Membership Term: 20 years
  2.During the membership term, each membership package is entitled to 7 complimentary room nights per year, including 5 weekdays and 2 weekends.

  1.Membership Term: 3 years
  2.During the membership term, members are entitled to 6 complimentary room nights per year, including 5 weekdays and 1 weekend.
  3.When redeeming complimentary stays, a housekeeping fee equivalent to 10% of the room’s published rate will be applied. Benefits include breakfast and, according to the room occupancy, a choice of buffet afternoon tea, British-style buffet dinner, or admission tickets to Farglory Ocean Park (one option to be selected).

 

• Vacation Membership

  1.Membership Term: 1 year
  2.During the membership term, members are entitled to 4 complimentary weekday room nights per year.
  3.When redeeming complimentary stays, a housekeeping fee equivalent to 10% of the room’s published rate will be applied. Breakfast and beverages will be provided according to the room occupancy.
  4.During the membership term, the cardholder is entitled to unlimited access to Farglory Ocean Park.
   
• Gold Diamond Membership

  1.Membership Term: 3 years
  2.During the membership term, members are entitled to 4 complimentary weekday room nights per year.
  3.When redeeming complimentary stays, a housekeeping fee equivalent to 10% of the room’s published rate will be applied. Breakfast and beverages will be provided according to the room occupancy.
  4.During the membership term, the cardholder is entitled to unlimited access to Farglory Ocean Park.
   
• Prestige Membership

  1.Membership Term: 3 years
  2.During the membership term, members are entitled to 3 complimentary weekday room nights per year.
  3.When redeeming complimentary stays, a housekeeping fee equivalent to 10% of the room’s published rate will be applied. Breakfast and beverages will be provided according to the room occupancy.
  4.During the membership term, the cardholder is entitled to unlimited access to Farglory Ocean Park.
   
• New Vacation Membership

  1.Membership Term: 1 year
  2.During the membership term, members are entitled to 3 complimentary weekday room nights per year.
  3.When redeeming complimentary stays, a housekeeping fee equivalent to 10% of the room’s published rate will be applied. Breakfast, beverages, and admission tickets will be provided according to the room occupancy.
   
• New Prestige Membership

  1.Membership Term: 3 years
  2.During the membership term, members are entitled to 3 complimentary weekday room nights per year.
  3.When redeeming complimentary stays, a housekeeping fee equivalent to 10% of the room’s published rate will be applied. Breakfast, beverages, and admission tickets will be provided according to the room occupancy.
   

1.Reservations must be made directly by the member through the Reservations Center.
Members are required to provide their full name and membership number to complete reservation and transportation arrangements.
2.Cancellation or modification of reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for weekdays and 14 days prior to arrival for weekends and holidays (except in cases of natural disasters or force majeure).
3.Same-day cancellation is not permitted (except in cases of natural disasters or force majeure).
4.Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
  1.During the membership term, members are entitled to exclusive discounts at hotel restaurants, shops, and SPA services.
Please present a valid membership card to enjoy these benefits.
2.Membership cards and related benefits are non-transferable and may not be lent or rented for commercial purposes.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate membership benefits if any violation is confirmed.
3.In case of loss, theft, or damage of the membership card, members must contact the hotel Customer Service Center immediately for assistance with reissuance.
Damaged cards must be returned when applying for a replacement.
